Neil S. Beranbaum
Mr. Beranbaum has managed and/or acquired six firms in such diverse areas as home improvement sales, test preparation services, and catalog and Internet operations. Mr. Beranbaum has held several positions in Young Presidents Organization and as a volunteer at several philanthropic endeavors. Mr. Beranbaum is a licensed attorney and a graduate of the George Washington University National Law Center and Emory University.

Chief Supply Corporation, Eugene, OR, 1998-2001
Mr. Beranbaum purchased the assets of four separate, yet related direct marketing, catalog and manufacturing firms producing and selling products to the police, fire, EMS and survey industries. He re-vamped management, consolidated operations, doubled the number of company SKUs, grew sales and profits over 120% and 350%, respectively and increased the Company's number of active accounts from 9,000 to 32,000. Mr. Beranbaum worked with investors and venture capitalists to finance and grow Chief. A strategic partner purchased Chief.

NSB Tutors, Inc., Washington, DC, 1993-1998
Mr. Beranbaum founded a one-on-one tutoring and test preparation concern. While competitors organized classroom style programs, Mr. Beranbaum's individualist approach produced demonstrable score results and a unique method for selecting colleges and graduate programs, as well as managing the application process. Mr. Beranbaum hired and trained tutors, authored several admissions guides and lectured publicly on essay writing and test taking strategies. A competitive, Internationally known educational services company acquired NSB Tutors' test taking and admissions strategies, as well as its intellectual property.

Tecmo Energy Corporation, Atlanta, GA, 1989-1990
Mr. Beranbaum founded a home improvement sales and marketing company. Tecmo solicited clients via a canvasser and direct response method, arranged for homeowner financing with a variety of lending institutions, and installed vinyl windows and siding in homes throughout the greater Atlanta area. Tecmo's top grossing sales associate purchased the company.
